Building Facilities, Security, and Amenities

Secure building with individual coded fobs for entry / exiting building. The building's security system was updated and is state of the art (digital). Building is very well managed and maintained, with one full-time property manager, 2 full-time maintenance personnel plus occasional part-time personnel. A new Fire Alarm System was installed in 2003 throughout the building and individual apartments.

The laundry room is on the main level and new washing machines and new dryers were installed in 2006. The building has an indoor swimming pool & sauna, and a "Do it Yourself" Car Wash Bay (inside). There are four (4) secure indoor bicycle rooms. A party room is available off the main vestibule.
