Secure building with individual coded fobs for entry / exiting building. The building's security system was updated and is state of the art (digital). Building is very well managed and maintained, with one full-time property manager, 2 full-time maintenance personnel Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent plus occasional part-time personnel. Fire Alarm System was upgraded in 2003 throughout the building and individual apartments.
