Building is very well managed and maintained, with one full-time property manager, 2 full-time maintenance personnel Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent plus occasional part-time personnel. Fire Alarm System was upgraded in 2003 throughout the building and individual apartments.

The laundry room is on the main level and washing machines and dryers are replaced by Coinamatic. The building has an indoor swimming pool & sauna, and a "Do it Yourself" Car Wash Bay (inside). There are four (4) secure indoor bicycle rooms. A party room is available off the main vestibule.
