Security systems were updated in both 2006 and 2007. Surveillance cameras are throughout the building and in sufficient numbers. They cover the entry and exit points of the building. There is video surveillance of the three elevators* (*inside monitoring), hallways, garage entry /exit including stairwells, garage parking, laundry room, building foyer, etc. Cameras surveillance tapes and security fobs (which are individually registered to building residents) facilitates Building Management if needed for follow-up purposes.

The front door security system is part of the Roger's Cable or Bell Express Vu cable system for letting visitors into the building.
